Despite its height, at just 410 m. above sea level , the holiday farm is at the foot of the Gran Sasso d’Italia. 

The peaks of Corno Piccolo, Corno Grande, Brancastello, Infornace, Prena and Camicia ideally surround this property in open countryside, far from crowds and smog, at the foot of the mountain and midway between the main beach and mountain resorts (30 mins. and 20 mins, respectively).

 
Easily connected to the A24 and A14 motorways (just 4 km and 35 km, respectively), and at a short distance from the cities of Rome (1 H. drive), Pescara (40 mins.) and L' Aquila (20 mins.), the country house is also very close to the sanctuary of San Gabriele(just 2 km), visited by millions of pilgrims every year, and at a short distance from the towns of Isola del Gran Sasso d’Italia (3 km) and Castelli. The latter is well known all over the world for its local production of ceramics (10 Km).

The country house is located within the Gran Sasso and Laga National Parks, and just 1 hrs drive from the National Parks of Abruzzo and Majella, and the Regional Park of Sirente-Velino.
